Initiatives Archive: Summer Reading

The Summer Reading Program has activities available for teens and adults, but the largest participation is in the children’s department. There, weekly summer programs make books come to life with puppets, science experiments, crafts and live animals. Prizes and books funded by the Foundation are given to children who read books and complete their progress charts.
